Introducing the HCV Owner Portal phone app, your one-stop-shop as an owner on the Housing Choice Voucher Program! Use this free app to view important information about your units on the HCV program, track updates to your vendor accounts, and update your contact info.
Key features include:
• Moves and Rent Increase Tracking: Track your in-progress moves and rent-increase requests through an easy to use interface
• Inspection Appointments: View the date and time (if available) of any upcoming inspections
• Inspection Results: View the results of previous inspections, including detailed fail item lists and fail responsibilities
• HAP Statements: View HAP payments made to your vendor accounts
• Update Contact Info: Provide updates on contact information for any of your vendor accounts
• HCV Program News: Stay tuned for news blasts pertaining to the HCV program
